Dominic Grubb
A career built around one enduring purpose: helping businesses stay connected, secure, and confident.
Dominic began his technology career in 2000 with Inter-Tel Technologies in Louisville, Kentucky. After transferring to the New Jersey and New York market in 2002, he spent the next six years leading large telephone installations and call-center projects while working across the networks and secure environments those systems relied upon.
That experience revealed what he valued most about the work: giving businesses the right options to stay connected with their customers while protecting the systems behind those conversations.
After moving to North Carolina, Dominic led the business group for an internet service provider and helped bring its offerings forward. He helped develop Hosted PBX services, managed networks, and security policies that remain in use today. His work expanded into enterprise wireless systems for RV parks and municipalities, along with point-to-point surveillance networks supporting towns, police departments, parks, and public spaces.
More than 25 years later, Dominic is still learning, still asking better questions, and still guided by the same principle: technology should be made easier to understand so leaders can focus on what matters most—their business.
