When you submit a form, we receive the contact and business information you enter. We use it to respond to your request, prepare for a conversation, and maintain an appropriate business record.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, page usage, general traffic sources, and successful contact requests. Google Analytics may use a first-party cookie and collect device, browser, session, and approximate location information. We do not send the personal details entered in our contact form to Google Analytics.
How we use it
We do not sell your personal information. We may use it to communicate about your request and relevant ConnectivIT services. Access is limited to people who need the information for those purposes.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we hold.
Your choices
You may decline optional analytics when prompted. You may also ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements, by using the contact form and noting “privacy request.”
